Mary introduced the toning table to Kerry in 1990, pioneering a Pilates based exercise routine that lengthens and strengthens every muscle in the body, from head to toe. This routine is suitable for all ages, shapes and sizes. Toning tables utilize passive resistance to strengthen and tone muscles. This passive resistance is suitable for people of all abilities, including people with limited range of movement.
